The crisis showed the short-sightedness of many entrepreneurs. On the other hand, rewarded those who managed to plan ahead, with a clear and long-term strategy in mind. Those who can leverage the current coronavirus crisis to introduce changes into the organization, benefit. Today, companies need:
- Optimization of processes and scaling
- Digital transformation
