Brand’s communication during the coronavirus crisis is not an easy topic to handle. Clients are under lockdown and changing their shopping habits. More important for them is security and health. Brands are using more natural and emotional language but is it enough How should the communication look like, when the limitations are slowly but strictly lifted off
