A headhunter handed me an interesting opportunity. As a manager, I could build a project in Belgium, with relocation in mind. Unfortunately, I had to refuse. Do I regret making this decision? What was the reason?

I got an interesting call with a proposition for around 100.000 Euros per year. Unfortunately, due to my family situation, I had to refuse. It was a fantastic opportunity and it would be great to have such a project in my portfolio but relocation to Belgium is out of the picture. At least for now.

If you have a similar proposition and remote work is not a problem (even with business travels and frequent visits to HQ or local branch of your company) I’m always interested. ? I got my clients and I’m loyal to them but I have the bandwidth for more.
